Conference and Event Organisation
Many public sector organisations, agencies and professional bodies wish to run conferences or other events - sometimes on a "one-off" basis and sometimes as an ongoing programme of activities.
TRA can offer specialist support to the public sector and professional bodies to complement and supplement their own commitment and take away the administrative burden associated with event organisation.
We are purely public sector focused and we offer financial arrangements which are especially attractive to clients in this area, including "no cost/no risk" arrangements in many cases.
The service offered by TRA
In a nutshell, we aim to take the administrative headache out of organising events, so that our clients can concentrate on the professional, technical or promotional dimensions. The service we provide depends on individual client requirements but typically involves:
- event planning - advising on event content and structure, commercial aspects, venue selection, speaker selection
- event administration - speaker liaison; venue booking and liaison; marketing and publicity; bookings, invoicing and accounting; liaison with delegates
- event operation - reception, equipment, catering, event documentation
- post-event services - payments, acknowledgements, attendance certification, event evaluation and review.
