Freelance opportunities
Development management
We are keen to hear from people who might be interested in conducting consultancy assignments for TRA on a freelance basis. Specifically, this would involve working on procedural reviews for development management and production of online procedure guides. This is done on an individual contract basis, so would particularly suit people who are already freelance or are considering becoming freelance, and possibly those who work part time. Although in theory this can be combined with a 'day job', you would need to be available to work away for up to three days at a time, and to travel to any part of the UK.
We are especially interested in people with experience/expertise in development management at the sharp end, including its organisation and administration, and in IT applications in planning.
At the moment, we are adding to our consultancy team on an ad-hoc basis, as the right person comes along, rather than aiming to fill a vacancy within a particular timescale.
