Penny O'Shea - Principal Director
Penny has executive responsibility for the management and day to day operation of TRA. She also co-ordinates TRA's marketing and promotion and handles most of the initial client contact in relation to consultancy and review assignments. penny@tra-ltd.co.uk
Stewart Glassar - Planning Manager
Stewart is TRA's senior planner and oversees the content of our planning training and consultancy work. He is also personally involved in the delivery of training and consultancy assignments. stewart@tra-ltd.co.uk

Shelagh Pooley - Training Event Co-ordinator
Shelagh deals with most aspects of inter-authority training administration, bookings, invoices, venue liaison etc, and co-ordinates the programme of certificated courses held in Cambridge. shelagh@tra-ltd.co.uk
Cheryl Howarth - Senior Administrator
Cheryl handles day-to-day marketing and promotion, looks after our training material, and handles accounts and purchasing. cheryl@tra-ltd.co.uk
Angela Holmes - Training & Consultancy Co-ordinator
Angela co-ordinates our in-house training services, including dealing with initial enquiries and handling the administration and client liaison for in-house workshops. She also provides support for consultancy assignments.
