One of the hallmarks of TRA training is the fact that it is delivered by practitioners with current, hands-on experience of the area concerned.
Management Development workshops:
- provide participants with a toolkit of skills and a better understanding of managerial functions which they can use to improve their performance at work
- can be run for staff from within a single department or for groups of staff drawn from several departments
- are appropriate for people from a variety of professional backgrounds and working in a variety of local authority formats
- are designed to assist those in middle management positions, new managers, and those being groomed for future management roles.
