- design considerations and the principles of urban design
- an update on Scottish planning policies
- planning obligations and agreements (planning gain)
- telecommunications
- trees and the planning process (NEW)
- wind energy and planning (NEW)
- conservation areas/listed buildings
- planning for wind farms
- communication skills and/or working in partnership
-

Bespoke sessions
We are also happy to consider developing bespoke sessions on other topics to suit the requirements of a particular authority (please note that in some cases this may incur an additional cost).
Please contact Angela Holmes with a basic idea of your requirements for in-house training. We will provide a proposal, setting out our understanding of what is required, what we will provide, and what we would charge.
