Changes in Planning Enforcement: an essential update (NEW)

TRA's latest workshop on enforcement is designed for anyone with an interest in planning enforcement, not just Enforcement Officers, but also their managers and planning officers who may get involved with enforcement issues from time to time. There have been considerable changes in planning recently and in planning enforcement in particular. This unique and practical workshop will look at the changing legislative and policy frameworks and the implications for day-to-day enforcement practices. As always, it will provide an opportunity to look at participants' concerns as well as providing an update on relevant case law to assist participants in building up their legal knowledge.
