Design in Development Management: adding value to mainstream applications
This is a highly practical workshop looking at the principles and practicalities of improving design standards in routine planning applications. The approach is essentially that of "adding value" through the process of development management, ensuring that what is approved is significantly better than the original application. A must for all development management staff - no specialist design knowledge is needed.
