Permitted Development
Suitable for administrative staff, planning technicians and junior planning officers, this particularly well-attended workshop explains the origins of permitted development and how it works, providing help in interpreting and applying the classes of permitted development. The purpose of the workshop is to help participants develop the knowledge and confidence essential in dealing with this complex aspect of the planning process. The workshop will provide a useful opportunity to look at how authorities are working with the changes to householder PD and consider the Government’s proposals for further changes to the PD regime. Early booking is recommended.
