Conferences/Forums for Planning Practitioners
As well as workshops for small groups of participants, TRA runs a few conference-style events open to larger numbers of participants, involving a series of speakers.
These events are all excellent ways to keep abreast of current thinking and good practice; and to exchange experience with other practitioners from a range of places and organisations.

Booking forms
Although these events are only finalised and advertised shortly before they are due to take place to ensure they are right up to date, places can be provisionally reserved at any time by telephoning us or by making an online provisional booking. Firm bookings can be made by completing a general booking form.
In-house training for Planning Support Staff
TRA offers a range of training workshops aimed at planning support staff which can be presented on an in-house basis for an individual authority or groups of neighbouring authorities.
Certificated Courses in Planning Enforcement and Planning Support
Originally developed through a unique link with the University of Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education, TRA offers certificated modular training programmes in Planning Enforcement and Planning Support both leading to the award of a Certificate.
