Rail Travel Directions
New Street Train Station
It is 1 mile or a 3 minute taxi ride (about £5) away. Driving, turn out of the station and at the island turn right. Follow the dual carriage-way up to the island and take the first exit. The Hotel is on your left.
There is a taxi rank outside the hotel, which is very convenient for your return to the station.
If you choose to walk to the hotel:
- Take the escalator from New Station concourse up to the Pallasades Shopping Centre (At the top of the escalator you'll see a Subway Fastfood shop on the left, Starbucks on the right). Turn left.
- When you reach the clock, turn right and walk out down the ramp (MacDonalds on the right)
- Turn left into New Street and walk to the end, then turn right into Victoria Square.
- You'll see the library ahead of you and Paradise Forum is just to the left of the library. Go through the Forum and keep left, walking down Broad Street (the construction for the new library will be on your right).
- Cross over Broad Street and you'll soon find Jury's Inn on the corner of Berkley and Broad Streets.
Moor Street Train Station
It is 1.5 miles away. Head out of the station and follow the one-way street down Moor Street Queensway. At Lancaster Circus roundabout turn left, go straight over the next roundabout and take the second exit for Broad Street. The hotel is on your left.
Snow Hill Train Station
Go out of the station, turn right and take the road on your right - Cornwall Street. At the junction go straight on and filter to the right to join the dual-carriageway. You'll immediately come to an island. Take the second exit for Broad street. The hotel is on your left.

Road Travel Directions
M6 South or North-West
Leave the M6 at J6 and follow the A38(M). Follow the signs to "City Centre, Bromsgrove (A38)". Do not take any exit to the left. Go over one flyer and through just one Queensway underpass. On exiting the underpass, keep in the lefthand lane, indicate left and go up the parallel running slip road to the Paradise Circus Island where you take the second exit (A456 Kidderminster).
Drive along Broad Street (A456) and take the second left into Gas Street. At the end of this street take a right, which brings you up Berkley Street. The car park is on the left just before the hotel.
From M5 South-West
Leave the M5 at J3 and travel towards Birmingham City Centre along the A456 (Hagley Road) for 5 miles to the Five Ways Island. This is easily distinguishable as it is surrounded by large office blocks and a Tesco Store.
Use the underpass at this island and drive along Broad Street past Jury's Inn which will be on your right and take the next right into Gas Street.
At the end of this street take a right, which you brings you up Berkley Street. The car park is on the left just before the hotel.
From X40 Oxford and South
Arrive on the M42 and travel west towards the M5. Travel North on the M5 leaving at J3. Read directions "From M5 South-West". From M42 East Midlands, join the M6 heading towards Birmingham Central and leave the M6 at J6. Read directions "From M6 South or North-west". From the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) follow the A45 (Coventry Road) towards the City Centre for about 6 miles. At the major island just after the large Citroen Showroom, take the first exit following signs for M5, NIA and Convention Centre.
Travel along a short stretch of dual carriageway (Bordesley Middleway) for about 500m and at the next island go straight ahead (2nd exit), again following signs to NIA and Convention Centre.
On coming to the next island just after PC World, take the third exit, still following signs to the NIA and Convention Centre. Continue along a straight stretch of dual carriageway (A4540) keeping in the middle or right hand lane.
Go through the underpass ascending up to the Five Ways Island. Go right at this island (4th exit) and drive along Broad Street past Jury's Inn which will be on your right and take the next right into Gas Street. At the end of the street, take a right which brings you up Berkley Street. The carpark is on the left just before the hotel.
Parking Information
There is an on-site public carpark just behind the hotel. The current charges are 70p per hour for the first 10 hours and after that 45p per hour.
Arrival Instructions
When you arrive in the hotel foyer, go past the main receptionists and just before you get to the lounge area, you'll find the TRA receptionist at the desk under the conference sign on your left.
